B4J Question Where can I get JavaFX Scence Builder?

the original link from oracel's website is broken, I did not find any other palce to download this.
where can i get JavaFX Scence Builder 1.1?

What's wrong?
I can't download the JavaFX Scene Builder.
After a click on 'accept the licence agreement' wich is acknowleged by "thank you for accepting the OTN Licence agreement" i click the download link for the requiered version.
In response i get an message "Sorry! In order to download products from Oracle Technology Network you must agree to the OTN license terms."

I tried different browsers on differnt machines with different internet access. Every time the same result.

Cookies are allowed in every one of the browsers. Security software (Antivir, Firewall etc.) is temporaly disabled.

Is something broken with Oracle? Or what could be wrong?

I had the same experience an hour ago trying to load it for linux !

I've just tried it now and it seems to work fine.
