Which Ad Service to use??

Any ideas on the best ad service to use, that allows the developer to require a user to watch ad or click on ad to get a specific benefit in a game. for instance a simple slot machine game, where they click on an ad to get more coins. I've read admobs rules and they basically outlaw that sort of thing.

Any insight would be appreciated.
