Willing to pay for wrapper ads library Startapp

Due to recent change in google play policy ads, I'm in need of new library wrapper for startapp, since startapp just release new SDK today

Is there any chance you might help me with startapp ad library wrapper for b4a,

But I'm currently on a tight budget right now,
I can only afford $120 USD for this library at this time.
