Beta wish - ability to hide menu bar

I never use the menu bar - just the menus and keyboard shortcuts.

It would be good if we could hide the menu bar to get back some screen space.

The menu looks dockable/hide-able (with the grab handle on the left), but it currently does nothing.

You should have created this post under Wish list as it's not a bug or an issue.

Ah, my bad - I was thinking any beta posts should go here, but I checked Erel's post and he did "bugs and issues", so you're right.

I can't see a way to move this post to Wish List, but I assume a moderator will eventually get to it.

To clarify, by "menu bar" I actually meant the icon toolbar, below the menu.
