after having done my zip, I can transfer it to my Iphone and run it independently of my Pc (not Mac)?
If yes, how?

Compile your app in release mode (Tools - Build Server - Build Release app).

If you compile your app in release mode and without a store provision profile then the app will be installed on the device automatically. It will not need the PC to run.
