who can help with a lib and how much for ?

Hi, All, especially Java programmers making libs for b4a.

I need "UpdateContact" function to update the NOTES field of a contact, but without changing existing fields of the contact (without deleting the contact and re-creating it).
Who can help with such a lib and for how much ?
I'm ready to pay for it, just to finish a planned application.

1) Strange, but in Android 2.3 seems to me, can be several NOTES fields of a contact, old version had only single, being updated if to change it.

2) Is it possible to try to make a code updating NOTES field of an existing contact without losing all other existing fields with help of Reflection lib ?
Any prompt how to start trying ?
