There is plenty of time to adapt to this new version. For now even Android 16 has a part of the pie about 4,6% and Android 15 about 29.8%. That is 1 in 20 Android devices run Android 16 and 6 in 20 run Android 15 while 3 in 20 still run Android 14. I believe that with the war in Iran there will be a lot of time since it is adopted in new devices bought by the public because it will have long lasting effects in the economy even if it is finished today. Exception in this is the upgrades of Android 16 phones.
