debug window

Bug? [IDE Bug] Debug Window doesn't remember where I put it.
Each time I run a project, I dock the debug window inside another window. However, even after closing the IDE, the debug window isn't docked where I docked it; instead it's where it always appears. Is this a bug? See attached screenshots for a better description of what I'm experiencing. Where...- LWGShane
