dynamic horizontal menu

Hi everyone, I would like to create a textual horizontal menu with a bar indicating which menu item is selected. I made one with xcustomlistview, but the width of the single box (while the panel inserted, yes) cannot be changed. Has anyone realized something similar? I attach a menu image.
