I have a "¿" in some text. I thought it was an Accent and used Erel's RemoveAccents routine but it didn't remove it or convert it
What is this "¿" if it is not an accent?
What would the replacement be for it?
Can't be a Question Mark (?) because if it is in a file name Windows would not like a question mark in it.
Currently in the last line of RemoveAccents I do a Replace("¿", "") to get rid of it.
