Android Question Admob interestial location

Where is the best place to display interestial ads or how. I got rejected by disruptive ad policy. It pops up every 3 minutes at main screen. It used to be ok. How you guys doing it?

Don't use a timer to show it repeatedly; instead, pop it up when user has completed a task and before taking him back to the main page, for example.
