1) either they already have java/eclipse developers or
2) they really want an android app to compliment their already existing website/app
If case = 2 then
why not have a Basic4android developer do it?
In fact some companies don't really know what they want, they only know that android is big and that they should be a part of that.
I just say that B4a is VB for Android
Get in there babies!
