Check your SDK Manager and you'll see an update to SDK level 16.

I have already upgraded and re-compiled some of my apps to test it out, looks good, no issues.

Thanks NJDude, for the musicians amongst us, the ability to use USB audio will be very interesting. Can't wait to get an upgrade to one of my devices to try it out.
