Is my understanding on the total fees for developing B4i app on windows is correct?
First year:. $99 (apple developer fee) + $85 (license & host)
Second year onwards: $99 (apple developer fee) + $26 (host)

Please correct if wrong.

Once your free updates period concludes, you may need to purchase a new package to access the latest version of B4i.
However, there's no rush; you can continue using an older version with a new hosted builder for $26 per year.

In my situation, I initially opted for the standard package and occasionally renew just the hosted builder or acquire a new Standard or Enterprise package.. depending of what project I'm developing...

To make it simple, for iOS app i budget (apple+b4i) $171/year
+ some iPhone/iPad

$85 is for Standard + hosted builder license valid for first 2 months only.
If there is a new version releases after your 2 months license has expired, you are not entitled for free upgrade but hosted builder is still available for the remaining months until 1 year subscription expired. If you want to upgrade to the new version, you are given a 40%+ discount which is $49 (original $59).

Hosted Builder need to be renewed separately annually for $26 (except when you renew it together with Standard or Enterprise bundle).

For more value for money, go for Enterprise license.

Apple developer fee is $99 by annually.

Thanks everyone for the more clarity. More or less my understanding is ok.

Meanwhile, how often upgrades are realeased? and what if i do not need upgrade? Can i continue to use? If i pay for upgrades how much it is exactly? what is the validity?

how often upgrades are realeased?

Based on my observation, B4i updated following the changes introduced in new iOS and macOS (or Xcode), which happened at least once or twice a year.
