App development / mysql database

Greetings! I have a fairly simple application that needs developed. I'm a newbie to the basic4Android IDE and language.

The app will interact heavily with a predefined mySQL database... pulling data from and writing data to.

NDA and NC are to be signed and notarized before specifications are provided. Source code, and development documents are all part of the IP.
