Some interesting examples there. The Pay Later market is flooded with start ups - some of them have ruined small businesses by not paying them - so In this case Apple entering a crowded market is probably a good thing.
One example they didn’t mention was the Apple Watch keyboard debacle. They literally removed someone’s app from the App Store when they announced that “new feature”. That was harsh.
