Alright on a serious note:

For most of us here we are independent one man teams so I would say we are all three but we wear many other hats:

Producer, Publisher, Manager
Lead Programmer, Programmer
Artist, Graphic designer, Level Designer
Software engineer, Tester
Sound Engineer, Sound Designer
Public Relations, Marketing Manager
Technical Support

etc...
