B4A Loading Project Error

I cannot get it compiled.

Compiling code. Error
Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: dictionary


It all started with Module Listbox being empty. All of my Variables and subs are in Red.

Extra Double Quotation Mark was not detected by B4A. It was in the Code Module using Select Case Statement. Now it is compliling.
