Android Question B4A Problem \b4xlibs\Files Acces denied

Hello i can't compile any app any more,

I get the following error : \b4xlibs\Files Access denied
I checked the file folder and as a user i have all rights

I have the folder on my harddisk , removed all read only attributes but still i have the problem with B4Xlib folder.
How can i fix this?
