Android Question Battery optimization exception

Dear All,

I would like to add my app to battery optimization exception list.
My I doesn't run in backround If I don't add to exception list.

Can I disable an App optimization from b4a code?
Can I check the wheather App disabled or not?
Can I open the Exception list form?
