Best method for bulk record insertion from XML

Hi All,

I'm trying to work out the most efficient way of importing data from an XML file grabbed from a webservice. I've got all of the XML grab done, the database setup done etc but am a little in the air as to the best bulk insert methods for this scenario.

Any suggestions? At the moment the best method seems to be simply parsing the XML file with the saxparser object.
