Beta terster

I tried to use beta testing option in developer console but did not succeded , I tells me to add a goup but the console find no valid grup . I have send the link test that was finaly availlable and send it to another email .. but when accesing the link ..google play say it is not availlable and please contact the one that send it to you.
Does anyone use beta and alpha testing ..and how did you done it ?

You must start a Google+ Community, or a Google Group.
The Link from the Community / Group, you must enter in the developer console.
Only Members of the Group / Community can download your app with the link you send them ..

hope one day google will change the procedure because in these days it hard to find beta testers , and with this complicated procedure it even harder. when dealling only with friends you done it simply by sending apk
users do not want to hear about registation, compleating forms, acept him as beta tester an join the group, receiving link. simple solution is to send link and that should be alll
