I have the SourceCode from github.
I have tried create the library, but it'snot success. Please help me.

I think someone need a smartcard reader for Android and a test ID card. Without these 2 items, how could someone develop and test the library?

I fully agree. It is difficult to develop a wrap without having such a Reader and an Example IDCard to check.

I did it a few times in the Past (and never do again).
It is very time consuming having the one to test in a different timezone.
