Caller ID - find name/address

Hi, I would like to build a little app that shows and/or uses who's calling. Does anyone know how to tap into the web (i.e. white/yellow pages) and grab (I assume via script or form post) the name/address of the person calling?

Without an API provided by WhitePages or any other service will be almost impossible to do that. (WhitePages has an API but is not free.)

Thanks I did find white/yellow pages api after my post. Also checking out opencnam now. So far with white pages I've only been able to get name and city, yellow pages provide all, but for business only. Will have to do more digging. Thanks!
