Can I use basic4ppc to create a Bluetooth middleware solution?

:sign0144: and need a peace off software that reads the strongest
Bluetooth ID tag nearby, and then looks it up in a csv file and sends
a NMEA signal to a comport, loops it, till the next strong signal is detected.

Can that be done with this programtoolbox?

I do not think that it is possible to detect the strength of a bluetooth signal from within Basic4PPC, however the rest of what you require should be possible.
