Share My Creation Clock

Hi all of you.
This project is a Clock that can set current time and wake up time.
We can select mode with one push button.(clock setting mode or wake up setting mode) and can change in with two push button.
one of that for hour and another for minute.
finally there is a push button for enable or disable wake up alarm.

I'm curious how accurate this kind of MCU based clock can be without a high quality crystal oscillator?
