sourceforge,github,googlecode are all for only open-source projects
So far bitbucket looks good, but it is limited to 5 users.
trello looks good for project management.

I already had a look at most of them.
My idea was that, to have a team of part-time and non-committed people to work on the same project. But to be non-committed I needed a free tool.
xp-dev and codespace are quite cheap and good.
