I asked copilot the following:

Ask copilot to act as a psychologist and ask you questions.
During the questions ask copilot what do you know about me ?
Bingo !!! - it remembers all queries, searches, etc and can profile you based on that data.
Try it !

Yes, it quite often refers to other conversations we've had. and refers to specific things about my programming environment that I had told it in the past. I don't feel that that is a particular problem. In fact quite the opposite.

I am not objecting to the utility.
It says it does not remembers previous searches, and yet goes ahead and explains from previous searches.

As a follow up, and after recommendations on this Forum for ChatGPT which I hadn't used for a while, when I signed in I was asked if I wanted it to remember and refer to previous conversations so it appears to be catching on.

I don't use ChatGPT or Copilot. I've switched to DeepSeek. DeepSeek gives me a comparable answer to the question "What do you know about me?"

As an AI, I don’t have access to personal data about you unless you explicitly share it during our conversation. I don’t remember past interactions once the chat ends, and I can’t retrieve information about you from external sources.

If you'd like, you can tell me more about yourself—your interests, questions, or anything you'd like help with—and I’ll do my best to assist! 😊

I have not yet registered any connections to previous chats with DeepSeek. During a chat, reference is made to previous replies.

Has anyone had other experiences with DeepSeek?
