It seems you upload wrong apk file. When the app starts there's message "waiting for IDE debugger to connect".

Yea I saw that earlier today. I wasn't at my computer so I unpublished it. I just fixed it so it should be available in a few hours.

It usually takes longer than that.

but now the question, how the google play allow u to upload on debug mode ????

They don't check the code or do any actual testing.
Google does no app verification what so ever until someone flags it as inappropriate.
They just check for the proper resource files and what not.
