Can i write a sqlite db on a dropbox or google drive

But you can download the db from dropbox, save it to sdcard, do the changes... and last but not least you upload the db back to dropbox.

Same for Google drive

and also same for everything else. a sqlite-db you want connect to must be a local file on your phone.
