Italian Errore Thread

In una app mi esce questo errore ... la cosa strana che in debug non riesco a riprodurlo viene fuori solo nella versione compilata qualcuno mi sa dire come evitarlo ??

la riga incriminata è questa:

'aggiungo una riga alla tabella creata con una
