Android Question Find point with certain color in video

Greetings,

I try to find a code to search for point with certain color in video, say find laser red/or green pointer to track it, hope to make that in real time.
I think this link may the start, by capture the each frame image into buffer (array) and then search inside this buffer for certain color.
