Hi Martin,
Thanks for the info, but the link took me to an article and so many comments (community page) and didn't find the download link!!
This board is close to what I am working on these days..

Did anyone ever get their free development board?
Are we still waiting or are we just not gonna get one..?

Martin.

The forum where i originally found out about the free Galileo board has a few recent posts:

No one has received their board yet but one person reports that his is on it's way.

Last Saturday my PCDuino arrived from China.
The PCDuino is a bit more up to date and better spec'd than the Pi:
  • A20 dual core 1GHz CPU.
  • 1GB memory.
  • USB and USB Host ports.
  • SATA2 port.
  • Built in wireless.
  • Built in IR receiver.
PCDuino comes with Lubuntu pre-installed on it's internal memory - based on Ubuntu version 12.11.
I've created an Android 4.2 image on a micro sd card and booted from that too.
You can install either Lubuntu or Android to the internal memory and can boot either Lubuntu or Android from micro sd card - it's very flexible.

I'm pretty impressed so far and plan to sell my Pi.
