Gateway is kidding me

I can't connect to 192.168.1.1 with this pc. I tried in wifi and lan, file host was not edited. I successfully ping with ip and successfully navigate on web. When i try to navigate in 192.168.1.1 i get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
Tried on 4 browsers..

I also tried on different devices, works..

Did you check for any eventual firewall deny rule on that specific PC ?

pull out the power cord and put it back in. some have connection limits or a connection pool that fills up.

on the other hand... that would've prevented browsing the internet aswell.

Another check. Are you sure the failing PC is on the same network as the router and the functioning devices? I mean check the LAN/WLAN confing of the failing device and compare it to same options in a working one

Idk how you access the router, but if your using http, you may need to use https

if it's an older router (3COM office connect for example) try with the old IE11.

Disable packet inspecting things like anti-virus or 3rd party firewalls (zone alarm etc).

that won't help much when using IP addresses to connect to the device.

strange thing is that he can ping to the device without problems so the subnet/mask is correct
