I saw this on YT today and was blown away with its versatility. It is a fun project for controlling your camera remotely, or for spying on squirrels and birds in your backyard.
The project shows how to create a cable cam so you can run your smart phone along a cable (clothesline?) with a gimbal purchased from Amazon so you can maneuver your camera by remote control like the film studios do. If there is Steven Spielberg in you wanting to get out, take a look at this project. (Sorry, no mechanical sharks involved, at least not yet!)
