Android Question GUI element help

What's the name of the UI elemement that often comes in the shape of a thin strip on the short edge of the screen,
filled with icons that works like buttons while its scrollable to accomodate even more buttons?

Is B4A able to do that easily and if so what kind of symbols and images shoud you use?
Any suggestions is so appriciated.

B4A is an amazing tool I would love to see an example of this kind of GUI.
