Android Question Help with Timer

You won't get an answer to your thread (it's more about "how do I create an app" instead of a single problem).

As a new member please take a look to the beginner's guide (there are a lot of examples which will help you):

How to use
- graphics (and other views)
- timers (better: services)
- files

Try to load an image from a file to a view. Check how timers work. After that it will be easy.

Most important: Use the search function.
