Mar 19, 2016 Replies: 17 Hi, Here is my latest App based on a HM-10 BLE device. I designed a 3x3 cm pcb allowing to power the device, to beep a buzzer and to charge a little 1s lipo cell (not shown on the picture). All this is stacked on a pseudo 5 layers pcb and doesn't exceed 1.5cm height including the bat The App is quite simple, relies on excellent BLE2 library, GoogleMapsV2, GoogleMaps Extended, TabStripVewPager and a few other... It allows : - to follow beacons - to display distance - to ring the buzzer - to notify when lost, found and low Battery - to change name Click to expand...

suciwulans Active Member Licensed User Longtime User Aug 17, 2017 #16 google map? HM10 beacon can give coordinat longitude and latitude?

Sorry for this late answer... No the HM10 doesn't give the location. But with the signal strength when ou are close to the beacon you can estimate the distance. Then capture your GPS position and store it as "last known location"
