I feel like turning myself into a Super Saiyan 3 after 2 months of a new job and the senior worker doesn't want to give me any information about any of the system, database or servers. He just said, "this is the working culture be like here". On the first day, I have been told there are no UAT server, so any work, just do straight to the Production server or test locally. I did create a disaster on the production reporting server. After 1 and a half month, I was told that there is a UAT server.
