How to get Google Payments Invoice/Statement

Just wondering how you get a statement from google play console.
I get a payment for $xxx.xx every 16th of the month
I know I can download the spreadsheet at Download Reports/Financial/Earnings report.

But is there an actual Statement just showing Income paid and Googles fees without having to create formulas on the above spreadsheet?
And it never adds up to exactly what is deposited into my account, or I just can't math.

I need to calc Australian sales to calc GST and International sales which are GST free and Googles fees.
Just wondering how you guys are doing it. As I have just started using Xero accounting package and can't work out how to enter it all and reconcile the bank account.

The best to do is talk to your account (or some account)
They will recomend the best to do.

In most cases, a simple shared spreadsheet may sbe enought, Xero could add unnecessary complexity unless you require its advanced features.
Personally, I use my custom uSaaS App for my business and grant limited access to my accountant. Before working with an accountant, I handled taxes myself.
