I was updating the b4achat app and found that on my tablet and bluestacks the IME_heightchanged event works fine, but on my Samsung Galaxy S4 running on Android 4.3 the event never fires. This means that the layout does not get moved correctly so the user can't see what he/she is typing. The user must hit the back button to make the IME go away before they can get to the submit button on the webview.
The question is, has 4.3 changed something in the way the IME works or has Samsung?
