Installing into PPC

Once I have compiled my programs written with Basic4ppc, I obtain the exe file. I know that only copying the exe into the PDA, its works correctly.

But, something doesn't work propertly, because, for example: when I try to assign a hard button of my PDA to one of these programs, they don't appear in the list and I cannot assign them to a button.

Could you help me? Thanks.

copying an exe file is NOT the same as intalling an app, you will need to create a cab instalation so that the app gets intalled and registred in the ppc...

while working in the device, copy the exe file and paste it as shortcut to "windows\start menu\programs\(any directory you want)", then you'll see the program's icon with the other programs. You'll also be able to assign a hard button to it.
