I've just been reading about the new Jetpack Compose UI generator for Android. Back to defining the UI in code and previewing it in the Android Studio IDE which looks a lot like the old-fashioned (but still great) Windows Forms designer in Visual Studio to me. Wheel - reinvent, rinse and repeat! Pity its Kotlin based though.
