The logo is a png image.. if you can animate it and the result is either animated GIF or MP4 then this
is what is required. attached is part of the logo (about 40%) $50 by PayPal

Why not show the whole logo? And what do you want the animation to do? Over how many frames?

Hi Royce, thanks for the response.. basic idea is like the following.. note the blue lines is water. not sure how many frames but it looks very smooth.
The rest of the logo is continuation of same.

i meant your logo. it has 25 frames per sec.
