Looking for some help with project GPS/MySQL

I'm looking for a basic4ppc coder who can help me (for a fee) with a small home project.

Basically when the app is started it needs to send the GPS coordinates to a MySQL server, and receive some data back that needs to be shown on google maps.

I have basic4android V2.52 and it would be nice if the code can be edited with this version! (if needed I will update to newer version)

The server side will be coded by me!
