Java Question Mikmod porting to B4A

I have read many times how to develop libraries to B4a , unfortunately nothing understand with my little english

Ok, i have the java source of mikmod
MikMod for Java

It is hard to porting this library, or what must i have ?

The jar file, the source file ?

Can anyone to help me where must i start ?
