You know, I like to partecipate to Chit Chat when there's a way to make a laugh, a smile. But this one is really incredible.
NATO in about 24h prepared 6 cargos (54 containers) from Taranto (Italy) to Luxembourg to transport a field hospital. We're taliking of about 200 beds of which 100 for intensive therapy along with the indispensable ventilators.
I understand the mutually assistance nature of that organization; I can understand that is better to be prepared and reinforce any medical structure, anywhere.
But, how can you even conceive the idea to subtract those resources from the most severely hit country these days? No other "allied" had availability? Really?
Any child in his/her second or third year of elementary school would understand it better.
Then, reading the explanation given, lead to a bitter smile: "They asked for it"
