Java Question NDK - Can libraries written with NDK be complied in the SLC

Hi,
I tried this a year or so ago.. and failed miserably.
But with all the improvements and advancements in B4A, i thought i my ask again.

Is it possible to use libraries written with NDK
Will they work in the SLC (simple Library Compiler) to create a library for B4A.
