[NOT b4a related] S4 issue after 4.3 update (Knox)

So, I've been waiting a few days anxiously for the 4.3 update to come through for my EE Galaxy S4.

Checked this morning and Boom!, update started.

All went well and device rebooted as per norm. Now every hour or so the new Knox manager pops a notification stating that
B4X:
'An application attempted to access system on your device without authorisation. This attempt has been blocked'

http://forums.androidcentral.com/sp...trange-security-message-since-4-3-update.html

Been doing a load of searching on t'internet. but no solid solution yet. Plenty of questions asked on the same subject though so it isn't just me. The only solution so far seems to require root. Some thing I was trying to avoid for a while longer.

The worse bit is the 'View Apps' button simply shows the Downloaded apps list, so no way to find which app is causing it.

Just chit-chatting....

Anybody else updated their S4 to 4.3 and had this issue?

Anybody updated their S4 to 4.3 and NOT got this issue?

I have got exactly the same issue. What a horrible update from Samsung. Personally I am looking at re-flashing my S4 to a Google Experience version but I don't know whether Knox will prevent me from changing the boot loader or cause other issues.

For the time being I have 'cleared data' and 'force stopped' Knox app (the 416Kb one).

I too have contemplated this, but also have the same concern as I believe the bootloader is now also 'KNOX Secured'. Whatever that means...
