I can agree with my country. Me too, I have used and I am using bootstrap mainly and parts of the jquery UI in some projects.

The data just show the legacy systems still running but I think for most companies (at least in my country) will not use those Bootstrap and jQuery UI anymore.
As usual, front end developers like to jump on the new shiny frameworks release every few minutes everyday.
They go for the popular one, not the stable one.
